Türkiye's KVKK regime does not apply to Webiznes; the site operates under Azerbaijani law. This page's URL and title reflect that.

Data collected through the site is processed under the Webiznes brand. The relevant tax registration (VÖEN) is not yet complete; paid commercial activity will begin after VÖEN.

Primarily contact and project data from the initial project request form is processed: name, email, business context, project type, current system, budget/timeline, and voluntary description.

For security, limited technical data (for example, IP) may be used for short-term rate limiting on form submissions.

Data is used to respond to requests, clarify needs, write the next step, and keep the site secure. There is no advertising profile and no sale of data.
