The brand operating the site is Webiznes (webiznes.com). Webiznes is currently a project-based technology venture; the relevant tax registration (VÖEN) is not complete, and it is not presented as a registered legal entity.

Paid services and commercial activity will begin once VÖEN is complete. The site currently accepts only initial project requests and collaboration inquiries.

When you use the initial project request form, the following information may be provided:

• name
• email address
• business / company / industry (optional)
• project type
• information about your current system
• approximate budget and timeline (optional)
• any other information about the project or request you choose to share

For security and abuse prevention, limited technical data such as an IP address may be processed for short-term rate limiting when forms are submitted. This data is not turned into a marketing profile.

Webiznes does not require sensitive or excessive information that is not necessary to evaluate a request.

The information provided may be used to:

• respond to an initial project request
• clarify the need and scope
• write a short roadmap or next step

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, taking into account legal requirements. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
