Yol
An app that works in the field. No store.
Open the link, add it to your screen. When the network drops, queue, photo, and signature stay on-device — they sync when you’re back.

How it works
Four steps. No store, no waiting.
01
Open the link
No store. Opens in the browser, adds to the home screen.
02
See the queue
Address, window, and navigation in one tap.
03
Capture proof
Photo, signature, and note stay on-device when the network drops.
04
Office sees it
Dispatch tracks the same status on desktop.
When the network drops
Tunnel, basement, elevator — work doesn’t stop.
Yol writes every delivery to the device first. When signal returns, the queue sends in order — no photo or signature is lost.
- 10:12
Online
Queue loaded, map cached.
- 10:18
No signal
Basement drop-off: photo + signature saved on-device.
- 10:24
3 records queued
The driver doesn’t wait — on to the next stop.
- 10:26
Synced
Signal back. The office saw all 3 deliveries in order.
In the field
The phone finishes the job. The office sees the same data.
Install, offline queue, and delivery proof — three foundations. Each carries the same data from the driver flow to the dispatch board.

Two faces
Driver on the phone. Dispatch at the desk.
Same address, same status, same proof. This demo works the same way: confirm a delivery on the phone and it shows up on the dispatch map instantly.
Questions
What field teams ask first.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Install via “Add to Home Screen” in Safari; on Android, Chrome offers the install prompt itself. Either way it lives on the home screen and opens full-screen.
If a phone is lost, is data lost?
Everything synced lives on the server. Only unsent records stay on the device, and they’re wiped on sign-out.
Is GPS tracked all the time?
No. Location is sent only during an active shift and with the driver’s consent. The rules are in the sample personal-data document.
Does it connect to our system?
Orders arrive via API, CSV, or webhook; status, photo, and signature flow back the same way.
Pricing by fleet size.
From 5 drivers to 100 — the same offline core.

These are not real client projects
Every name, number, price and review in the example sites is invented. Real case studies will only be published from completed work with client permission.
