Terms of use

The Webiznes site provides information about digital products, web applications, software, SaaS solutions, and other technology services, showcases technical samples, and accepts initial project requests.

Currently only initial project requests and collaboration inquiries are accepted. Paid services and commercial activity will begin once the relevant tax registration (VÖEN) is complete.

The site has no “buy now”, “pay now”, card payment, or checkout flow. The form does not create an order or a contract.

Submitting the contact / brief form does not automatically mean an order is accepted, a quote is issued, or a contract is formed.

A typical flow is: request received → need reviewed → short email reply → meeting if it fits → written offer. Written offers and paid work are formalized after VÖEN is complete.

The scope, technical requirements, price, timeline, and other terms of a project are discussed separately and agreed in writing.

Some dashboards, interfaces, statistics, usernames, amounts, dates, and other data shown on the site are for demonstration purposes and may be labelled DEMO DATA.

Demo data does not reflect real customer information or real commercial results.

Any figures or price examples shown on the site are demonstrative or informational. Packages are directional — not a fixed invented price list.

The price of a specific project is determined separately based on technical requirements, functionality, timeline, and other conditions.

Webiznes strives to keep the information on the site as accurate and up to date as possible. Technologies, services, and site features may change over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, general site information, demo samples, and preliminary replies do not create a warranty, outcome promise, or binding commitment. Final terms are set only in a written agreement.

The text, design elements, graphics, logo, program code, and other materials on the site belong to the respective rights holder.

Except where permitted by law, copying, distributing, or commercially using these materials without permission is prohibited.

Users must not use the site for unlawful purposes, to harm the site's security, to gain unauthorized access to systems, to send spam, or to infringe the rights of others.

The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social networks). The content and privacy policies of those sites are not controlled by Webiznes.

These terms and disputes related to use of the site are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, except where mandatory rules require otherwise.

Webiznes may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in the law or in the site's operation. The updated version takes effect from the date it is published on the site.
